4. SERVICE USAGE

Customers may request services via the app or website. Captains and vendors must act professionally and legally. We may collect GPS and usage data to ensure safety and quality.

5. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Charges include base fare, surge, taxes, etc.
  • Payments go through secure third-party gateways.
  • All payments are final unless allowed by our refund policy or law.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

8. CAPTAIN AND VENDOR OBLIGATIONS

  • No account sharing is allowed.

All content and trademarks belong to BOR. You may not copy, distribute, or misuse platform materials without permission.
